I. Initial Meeting

This is the time for you to tell us just what your desires are for your project. Maybe you want less formal spaces or you want to completely change your look to go along with a change in lifestyle. We might discuss colors, space needs and function. Here we learn a lot about the way you live, your family, children, pets and work. All of this information helps us in creating your vision.

We do not charge a fee for this meeting. This is our time to meet and see if we will work well together and if we can meet each other's needs.

II. Design Concept

Our next step is to build a pictorial of your vision to present to you. We do this through visuals that we pull together. Some of these ideas will be changed over time as we get to know each other and fine tune. This process usually entails the following:

• Conduct client interview
• Site Inspection
• Floor Plan
• Photograph Space
• Develop Design
• Pull together & Source furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E)
• Prepare Design Board to show Plan
• Finalize Plan

III. Project Management

This follows the Design Concept. We negotiate with contractors and suppliers, get approvals on FF&E. and follow thru with installment. This entails many of the following:

• Obtain competitive estimates for work that has been agreed upon
• Obtain signed contracts
• Order FF& E
• Manage lead times of items purchased
• Oversee completion of work contracted and manage work dates and time schedules
